We know that when you buy something online, you want to receive it as quickly (and as cheaply) as possible. Please see below for details of our shipping policy.

Shipping Information
Most of our international orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. Most items can be shipped from our US warehouse in Dallas. Occasionally, we may ship directly from our factory warehouse in Xiamen, China.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
For our shipments, we use DHL / SF Express / 4px and cannot ship to APO / FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
Please note: some countries may have restrictions on receiving specific items.
Delivery Times
We usually ship from our warehouse daily and strive to ship within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). We do not offer weekend deliveries.
Depending on the shipping method selected, DHL / SF Express / 4px will deliver your package according to their service. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and are calculated from the date of dispatch.
For standard shipping, the estimated delivery time (after pickup by DHL / SF Express / 4px) is 1-6 days (may take longer depending on your location).
Our store is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process at the destination.
Shipping during sales period
During sales periods, shipments may be delayed due to the high volume of orders that need to be processed and fulfilled.
Shipping costs
Free shipping is available to the following countries: Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau.
We offer free standard shipping (1-6 business days) for all orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to a $10 shipping fee.
Taxes
Your order may incur import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods arrive at your location.
You will be responsible for paying additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
You authorize us to appoint the carrier (DHL/SF Express/4px) to act as your agent before the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country to clear customs for you and prepay (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
