Return and Exchange Policy

To begin the return process, please email service@selroys.com and include your order number and photos of the product you wish to return to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will provide a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that your return meets the following criteria:
Product is in original condition and packaging
Bag has original tags
You will be responsible for the cost of return
We are unable to return or exchange items purchased from retailers other than our store. Please return the product to the original retailer.
If the product is damaged within one year, we will resend it free of charge.
